Eggless Blueberry Muffins

  • cups  flour
  • cup  blueberries
  • 1  cup  milk
  • 1/2  cup  apple sauce
  • 1/2  cup  sugar
  • tsp.  baking powder
  • tsp. baking soda


  • Preheat the oven for baking muffins to 375˚F.  Spray with nonstick cooking oilspray, or use paper cupcake liners in your muffin pan as muffins won't stick tocupcake liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, sugar,apple sauce, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
  • When you get a smooth batter, add blueberries in the mixture and stir gently.
  • Now pour the batter in the muffin cups, don’t fill the cups full.
  • Bake for around 15-20 minutes.
  • Your muffins are ready to enjoy.
